RESEARCH INTEREST
Lauren is interested in better understanding the many ways in which cerebral palsy alters the gait, development, and lifestyle of affected individuals and how to positively affect treatment options through enhanced modeling and simulation. She is currently working with OpenSim, an open source musculoskeletal modeling program to investigate the differences in modeling techniques.
HOBBIES
Running, hiking, photography, and going new places
Michael is interested in open source 3D-printed prostheses and orthoses integrated with smart technology to improve the quality of life for the wearer.
