Larry is interested in developing a system for affordable motion capture. He is currently examining the accuracy of the Microsoft Kinect depth camera compared with the traditional camera system used in motion capture clinics.

Lekha used the OpenBCI platform to conduct long-term EMG studies for future medical treatment applications. She also processed accelerometry data to assess the effectiveness of Constraint-Induced Movement Therapy in cerebral palsy patients.

Lauren is interested in better understanding the many ways in which cerebral palsy alters the gait, development, and lifestyle of affected individuals and how to positively affect treatment options through enhanced modeling and simulation. She is currently working with OpenSim, an open source musculoskeletal modeling program to investigate the differences in modeling techniques.
